The journey of Khodeir Stationery began with the establishment of "Papeterie Khodeir" in 1905. However, it was in 1964, under the leadership of Mr. Ali Khodeir, that the company began to truly expand, adapting to the changing economic landscape. After the 1973 war, Egypt started to transition into a free-market economy, and it was during this pivotal period of transformation that Khodeir Stationery solidified itself as a key player in the region, forging over 25 agreements with international companies from Europe, Japan, and the United States, marking a new chapter of growth and success for the company.

In 1989, Khodeir Stationery became Alkhodeir Egypt International Co. for Trade & Industry S.A.E., ensuring the continuity of the business under the leadership of Mr. Ali Khodeir and his sons, Mohamed and Hatem. Under this new structure, Khodeir Egypt diversified its offerings, to include college and school supplies, office equipment, stationery, premium gifts, leather goods, and fine paper products. In 1998, the Khodeir family expanded its manufacturing capabilities, further investing in industrializing its product portfolio, believing in the long-term benefits for all stakeholders.
